The terms that apply when you book a removal or cleaning service with us.

These terms and conditions govern the removals and cleaning services provided by MMJ Resources Ltd ("MMJ Resources", "we", "us", "our") to our customers ("you", "your"). By requesting a quote, booking a service, or otherwise engaging us, you agree to these terms.
MMJ Resources provides home and business removals (including man & van and student moves) and cleaning services, including move in/move out, regular domestic, commercial, and carpet cleaning, across Manchester and Northwest England.
Quotes are based on the information you give us about your move or clean: property size, access, volume of items, and any special requirements. They're a genuine estimate, not a fixed contract price, until we've confirmed the final details with you. If the job turns out to be significantly different from what was described (for example, far more items than mentioned, or access that wasn't disclosed), we'll let you know before continuing and agree any change in price with you first.
A booking is confirmed once we've agreed a date, time, and price with you, whether that's over the phone, by message, or by email. Please make sure the details you give us (dates, addresses, contact numbers) are accurate, as we rely on them to plan the job.
We understand plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer that slot to another customer. Cancellations made with very short notice may be subject to a cancellation charge, which we'll always discuss with you directly rather than apply automatically without warning.

We take care of your belongings and property as if they were our own, and our team is trained to handle items safely. We carry appropriate insurance for our work. If you'd like details of our current cover, just ask and we're happy to share it. As is standard in the removals industry, we ask customers to declare any items of unusually high value (cash, jewellery, important documents, and similar) in advance, as these are usually excluded from standard cover unless discussed with us first.
Payment terms will be agreed with you at the time of booking. We'll always confirm the price before the job begins.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
